Condemnation of Quran Burning

Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at condemned plans to burn the Holy Qur’an in the United States on September 11, 2010. Speaking on this issue from London, the Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at said, “Religious extremism of all kinds needs to be eradicated from society.” (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, Vol. 72, April-September 2020, p. 172).

Instruction and Guidance from Khalifa

Upon the instruction and guidance of beloved Khalifatul-Masih V, the Medical Association was divided into separate Men’’s (retaining the name AAMS-USA) and Women’s Associations (AWSA) in 2011. 30th National Ijtima of Majlis Ansarullah

Majlis Ansarullah, USA held its 30th National Ijtima‘ and 19th Majlis Shura at Bait-ur-Rahman, Silver Spring, MD. More than 450 Ansar from all over the USA attended. (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, February 2012, pp. 45-49).

Properties Purchased

A building with about 2,800 sq. ft. area at 2617 Turner Road, North Chesterfield, Virginia was purchased and converted into a mosque. Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah be his Helper) named it Bait-ul-Anwaar. (The Ahmadiyya Gazette, USA, Vol. 72, Nos. 10-12 and Vol. 73, Nos. 1-9, October 2020-September 2021, p. 595).

Five-acre land with 12,000 sq. ft. covered area was bought in Fort Worth City of Texas. It was named “Bait-ul-Qayyum.” Two halls are being used as the mosque. Khalifatul-Masih V Delivers Friday Sermon

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) delivered the Friday Sermon at Bait-ur-Rahman, the National Headquarters of Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam USA.

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) was interviewed by Dan Merica of CNN on 22 June 2012. Sixty-Fourth Ahmadiyya Annual Convention

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) opened the Sixty-Fourth Ahmadiyya Annual Convention of USA held at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex, Harrisburg, PA on 29 June. He inaugurated the convention by delivering Friday Sermon.

The Lajna Ima’illah held their own all-day program on Saturday presided by Respected Amatus-Sabooh, wife of Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V. Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) delivered address to Ladies on 30 June.

The three-day Sixty-fourth Annual Convention concluded on 1 July 2012 with a powerful and faith inspiring address by the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

The Convention was attended by more than 11,400 people from across the United States and many other countries.

Holy Qur’an and Science Symposium

The first Holy Qur’an and Science Symposium was held in 2013 at Bait-ur-Rahman Mosque in Silver Spring, MD. A total of 184 were in attendance. Beloved Khalifatul-Masih delivered a message for this auspicious occasion, which was read out in the opening session. Na’ib Amir, Missionary Naseem Mahdi, presided over the opening session and delivered a short talk. Ahmadi Muslim Scientists from various backgrounds then delivered talks about their research. Dr. Ahsanullah Zafar, Amir USA, addressed the audience highlighting that science really emanates from God. The day was concluded with prayers led by Na’ib Amir Masoud Malik. Second International Conference of MTA

The Second International Conference of Muslim Television Ahmadiyya International (MTA) concluded on 15 April 2013 with an address by the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul-Masih V. Thirty-one delegates from sixteen countries attended the four-day conference which was held at the Bait-ul-Futuh Mosque in South-West London. Countries represented were India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Ghana, USA, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Kababir, Holland, Switzerland and Australia. Khalifatul-Masih V Visits West Coast

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) visited Los Angeles for his first visit to the West Coast of the USA. This was his third tour to the US. Khalifatul-Masih V Delivers Keynote Address

Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Head of Ahmadiyya Community delivered the keynote address at a special reception held in his honor at the Montage in Beverly Hills, LA. More than 300 politicians, academics and community leaders attended, including the California Lieutenant Governor, mayoral candidate Eric Garcetti, and several members of the United States Congress. During the event, the Los Angeles City Council presented Khalifatul-Masih V with the golden key to the city. 32nd National Ansarullah Ijtima

Property Acquired in Las Vegas, NV

In Las Vegas, Nevada, a building was acquired and was converted to a mosque “Bait-ut-Tauhid. (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, Vol. 72, Nos. 10-12 and Vol. 73, Nos. 1-9, October 2020-September 2021, p. 457).

Land Purchaed in Binghamton, NY

Three-acre land was acquired in the city of Binghamton, New York state for building a mosque. This is the first mosque that has a minaret like Manarat-ul-Masih, Qadian. Mujeeb-ur-Rahman at Columbia Law School

Mujeeb-ur-Rahman, a senior advocate of Pakistan Supreme Court, delivered a talk on Pakistan’s Ahmadis: Blasphemy, Identity and Persecution. The talk was given at Columbia Law School Jerome Greene Hall, room 105 on 23 October 2014.

A delegation of AMLA (Ahmadiyya Lawyers Association USA) accompanied him on his historic lecture tour, during which he spoke about Pakistan, human rights and Islamic jurisprudence at Harvard Law School, Princeton University, Columbia Law School, New York University Law School, University of California Irvine and the U.S. Library of Congress. Property Purchased in Atlanta, GA

A large building was purchased in auction with a 30,000 sq. ft., 5-acre carpet showroom/warehouse for $1.28 m by the Atlanta GA chapter. The building has a covered area of 27,000 sq. ft. A portion of it is being used as a mosque. Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) named it as Bait-ul-‘Ata. Twenty-Ninth West Coast

Twenty-Ninth West Coast USA Annual Convention was held at Bait-ul-Hameed Mosque, CA. (alislam.org).

Nusrat Mosque Inaugurated

Nusrat Mosque inauguration in Coon Rapids, MN, attracted over two hundred guests which included neighbors, City of Coon Rapids officials, five State of Minnesota representatives, two local police chiefs, Director of FBI Twin Cities, Congressman Keith Ellison, Congressman Tom Emmer. A message from Governor of State of Minnesota, Honorable Mark Dayton, and a message from US Senator, Al Franken, was read by his representative. Azhar Haneef Appoined Missionay-in-Charge

Missionary Azhar Haneef is appointed Missionary In-Charge and Na’ib Amir of the US Jama’at. He served in various regions in the USA before his appointment.

2nd Annual Convention of Marshall Islands

The 2nd Annual Convention of Marshall Islands was held at the International Convention Center in Majuro. (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, July-August 2016, pp. 50-53).

Nazir Ahmad Ayaz Passes Away

Nazir Ahmad Ayaz passed away. He remained president of the New York Chapter for thirty-five years. Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih remarked about him: “I am happy to say that in my opinion you are an exemplary President of the [chapter] by the grace of Allah.” (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, Vol. 72, April-September 2020, p. 158).

Sixty-Eighth Annual Convention

The Sixty-Eighth Annual Convention of Ahmadiyya Community USA was held at Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex Harrisburg.

Thirty-Fourth Majlis Shura

The Thirty-Fourth Majlis Shura of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, USA was held at Bait-ur-Rahman Mosque, Silver Spring, MD.

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V sent instructions to Shura representatives about their role, duties and responsibilities.

32nd West Coast Annual Convention

The 32nd Annual Convention of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, West Coast, USA was held at Bait-ul-Hameed, Chino. Total attendance of the convention was 1882, representing 55 chapters of the USA and seven countries around the world. The number of Ahmadi Muslim attendees were 1,592 and 290 non-Ahmadi guests. Dr. Billy Graham Dies

A famous Christian Pastor Dr. Billy Graham from the US died at his home in North Carolina on 21 February 2018 at the age of 99. His net worth was $25m at the time of death. He had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1989. Illness and injury slowed Graham in his last decades. He retired in 2005. (Wikipedia)

Khalifatul Masih V Inaugrates Bait-ul-Aafiyat

Khalifatul Masih V Prays for Dr. George Baker

Hazrat Mirza Mansoor Ahmad, Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) went to the Laurel Hill Cemetery Philadelphia and prayed at the grave of Dr. George Baker, a pioneer Ahmadi Muslim of the US Jama’at. Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) inaugurated the Bait-us-Samad Ahmadiyya mosque in Baltimore, USA. A special reception was arranged at Hilton Hotel, Baltimore, where 500 guests attended. Khalifatul Masih V Inaugurates Nasir Hospital

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) inaugurated Nasir Hospital in Sacatepéquez Guatemala. This is the state of art hospital built by Humanity First. Eight Hundred dignitaries and guests from twenty countries attended the reception. Khalifatul Masih V Visits Ansar Village

Khalifa of Jama’at Ahmadiyya International visited Joppatowne, Maryland. He inspected the housing complex initiated by Majlis Ansarullah USA. Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih (may Allah be his Helper) visited the houses of those Ahmadis who had purchased the houses in the housing complex. Khalifatul Masih V Delivers Friday Sermon

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) delivered Friday sermon from Bait-ur-Rahman Mosque, Maryland (national headquarters of Jama’at Ahmadiyya community in the USA). Internet-Based Reporting System
