Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya 25th Ijtema

Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya held its 25th annual Ijtima. 787 participated. Members from as far as California, Washington, Texas, Michigan, Florida and Massachusetts came to participate. 

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) sent a message for Ijtima 2003 of Khuddam and Atfal, USA. He said: “I wish to remind the Khuddam and Atfal of the United States of America to observe five daily prayers in congregation and always remain loyal to the institution of Khilafat.” (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, October 2003, pp. 30-33)

Synagogue Purchased in Brooklyn, NY

A Synagogue was purchased in the Brooklyn, NY area. Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) named it as “Bait-ut-Tahir.” The mosque can house 150 people. National Majlis-i-Shura

The National Majlis-i-Shura of Ahmadiyya Jama’at, USA was held at Bait-ul-Jami‘ at Glen Ellyn, IL. Dr. Ahsanullah Zafar, Amir USA presided. The meeting was broadcast live via internet between Ahmadiyya centers in Silver Spring, MD, Central Jersey, NJ and Silicon Valley, CA. Members in all these centers could see each other and communicate between them. (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, May-June 2004, pp. 21-23).

Khalifatul-Masih V Meets National Executive

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) met the US national executive at the Canadian Annual Convention in July 2004. A large number of Ahmadis from the US attended the convention. (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, Vol. 72, April-September 2020, p. 161).

House Purchased in Miami, FL

The house purchased in Miami, Florida, in 1993 was later sold due to zoning restrictions on 21 September 2001. A church building was acquired on 28 September 2004 and was converted to a mosque. Majlis Ansarullah’s Twenty-Fourth Annual Ijtima

Majlis Ansarullah USA held the Twenty-Fourth Annual Ijtima and thirteenth Majlis-i-Shura. Approximately three hundred Ansar from forty Majalis attended the Ijtima. (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, October 2005, p. 34).

Fifty-Eighth Annual Ahmadiyya Convention

The Fifty-Eighth Annual Ahmadiyya Convention USA was held on 1-3 September 2006 at Dulles Expo and Conference Center, Chantilly Virginia. Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) addressed the US Jama’at live from London. Khalifatul-Masih V directed that Jama’at USA should prepare at least ten Waqifin-e-Nau to join Jami‘a Ahmadiyya every year. Willingboro Mosque Inaugurated

7th Ansar Leadership Conference

The 7th annual Ansar Leadership Conference (ALC 2007) was held at Bait-ul-Ikram Mosque, Allen, TX with an attendance of eighty. (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, March-April 2007, pp. 45-49).

Fifty-Ninth Annual Ahmadiyya Convention

Remodeling of Mosques

Remodeling of mosques in the US started in 2008 and after approval and release of funds, work on different projects started in summer of 2009 and completed in summer of 2010.

The following mosques benefitted from the remodeling:

2. Bait-ul-Ihsan, Syracuse, New York
3. Bait-ul-Aafiyat, Orlando, FL: In September 2008, the first phase of remodeling of Bait-ul-Aafiyat in Orlando started

Khalifatul-Masih V Sends to US Jamaat

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) sent a message on USA Khilafat Centenary Souvenir (1908-2008).

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V said: “The Promised Messiah (peace be on him) imposes upon us the heavy responsibility of spreading the message of Islam and reforming ourselves in such a way that can bring ourselves and the rest of mankind closer to its Creator.” (USA Khilafat Centenary Souvenir 1908-2008, Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, USA, p. 8).

Khalifatul-Masih V Delivers Friday Sermon

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) delivered Friday sermon on the first day of the annual convention. He went through the exhibition and took keen interest in it. Khalifatul-Masih V Chairs Final Session

Gold medals and certificates were distributed among the brilliant students for their remarkable educational achievements in the concluding session of the Annual Ahmadiyya Convention chaired by Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) on 22 June. Certificates were also given to the members of auxiliaries, Ansar, Khuddam and Atfal who achieved first position in the Essay competition. ‘Alam-e-In‘ami was given to Majlis Oshkosh who was the best Majlis during 2006-07.

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) delivered the concluding address. He said: “True happiness would be achieved only if everyone pledges to improve spiritually, religiously, and morally as described by the Promised Messiah.” The attendance of Jalsa USA was 9,574 as compared to 4,500 in the last year. Khalifatul-Masih V Departs for Canada

Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) left Washington for Toronto, Canada on 24 June 2008 by Special “Khilafat Flight” of Continental Airline. “Khilafat Flight” was printed on the boarding cards. Sixty-First Annual Convention

The Sixty-First Annual Convention of Jama’at Ahmadiyya USA was held at Dulles Expo Center Chantilly, Virginia. More than 5,500 attended. (The Ahmadiyya Gazette USA, September-October 2009, pp. 11-20).

Church Purchased in Nashville, TN

A church was purchased in Nashville TN and was converted to a mosque in 2009-10. Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V (may Allah support him with His mighty help) named it “Mahmood Mosque.” The mosque was inaugurated by Na’ib Amir’s Naseem Mahdi and Azhar Hanif.
